I can support you to rediscover your resilience through stressful and painful experiences.
I strive in my counselling to meet you where you are and to offer you open-minded and non-judgmental support. I am committed to anti-discriminatory practice and I see counselling as a place where we can talk about the things that are hard and may feel impossible to talk about elsewhere. I welcome you to bring any aspect of your experience to our work together.

Are you currently feeling down, anxious or stressed? Have you reached a point where you're feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns and finding it difficult to move forwards? Do you feel that you need to make changes in your life, but don't know where to start? I am a Counselling Psychologist with many years of experience working for the NHS and private sector with a range of difficulties, including depression or low mood, low self-esteem, stress, worry, panic attacks, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, traumatic experiences and difficulties stemming back to childhood. I will provide you a confidential, safe space in which we can collaboratively explore and understand your difficulties. Whatever your goal or desired focus, we can work together to take steps to achieving this. I have a compassionate, non-judgemental style and my approach is flexible to tailor the sessions according to your individual needs. I am trained to draw on one form of therapy or integrate different approaches depending on what best suits you, such as person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, narrative exposure therapy (NET) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). If you feel that I may be the right therapist for you, you are most welcome to send me a message and we can arrange an initial appointment to discuss your needs.

I am a qualified psychologist and BACP Accredited Counsellor trained in France and United Kingdom. My approach is integrative and combines humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural elements depending on your needs and circumstances. I have been working in both private practice and institutional setting as a psychologist and counsellor since 2008. Having lived, studied and worked in Paris and London for 10 years, I am very familiar with a variety of different cultures and backgrounds. I am used to working in multicultural settings and I am aware of the importance of empathy and sensitivity for cultures, customs and religions other than my own. I returned to Belgrade because I wanted to share my skills and experience in my home country. The clients I have worked with suffered from a variety of issues including self-esteem issues, depression, bereavement and loss, phobias, abuse, panic attacks, anxiety etc. My aim is to provide you with a safe, confidential and judgment-free space to explore your issues and make your daily life and functioning easier. I want to build a trusting relationship with you where we can reflect on your self-awareness and ways of relating to yourself and others. I work in the English and Serbian languages, either in person, in my Belgrade office, or online, wherever you are.
