I’m Izzy, an Online Therapist, Arts Psychotherapist, and artist. I love supporting expats and travel lovers to discover what it is they’re really searching for! My approach is collaborative and innovative. I build a non-judgemental environment of support and honesty in my sessions. Taking from my psychotherapeutic background, I guide people to make connections between their past experiences and the present and empower them to see their struggles in a new light. I use both talking therapy and creative methods – you don’t need any artistic skills to work with me – I believe everyone is creative, and encourage people to express themselves in the way that suits them!

I have a regular caseload of clients and over the past year my practice has grown. Working online means I can support individuals from all over Europe, and by video via Zoom, email, telephone or instant message.
