Hello. I'm Paul and thanks for visiting my profile. Considering counselling takes courage so well done for coming this far. You may be feeling lost, anxious, uncertain or just curious. Whatever is on your mind, I truly believe talking therapy can help. I have a background in supporting people dealing with loss or struggling with change and acceptance. This can be the loss of a loved one or a job, the end of a relationship or simply feeling a bit lost in life itself. Whatever is on your mind, I hope I can help you find a way forward. email:

Therapists Information
Counselling / therapy models / approaches:

I have a Person Centred approach to my practice but work as an Integrative Counsellor and Therapist. As a Person Centred practitioner, I believe you know yourself best. By observing and understanding your concerns, I can work with you to explore and work through whatever is on your mind and help you find a path ahead. I believe this approach empowers you as the client and can lead to profound change. As an Integrative Counsellor and Therapist, I draw on various skills and approaches depending on what works best for you. It is important that I work alongside you to understand your issues, needs and, if appropriate, your goals. With your cooperation, we can look at ways to help unlock issues if you are feeling a bit stuck. Whatever the approach, I am there to help you explore, reflect and better understand what’s going on for you.
