Accessible Online Counselling allows you to access the benefits of ‘in person’ counselling in a familiar or comforting environment through technology that is also secure, confidential and effective.
Accessible Online Counselling is a chance to communicate your perspective and feelings to someone who is supportive, understanding and non-judgmental of you whilst you assess your behaviour and reactions in relation to yourself and others.
Accessible Online Counselling can be an opportunity to analyse what is going on for you without judgement and to help you to examine issues, either currently or in the past, and potentially make changes going forward.
I am a physically disabled Relate-trained counsellor and relationship specialist for individuals, couples and families. I concentrate on providing online counselling support through a secure webcam connection, exploring with you any emotional, behavioural, or psychological issues you want to discuss.
In 2018 I became wheelchair-bound and was keen that counselling should be available to all through a secure web connection, especially with COVID-19 restrictions.
I believe I practice integrative counselling with elements of the Systemic and Psychodynamic models.
