Description:

Hi, I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist (MSc.) trained at the Metanoia Institute, London and accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) in 2001. I've been in practice for over 25 years in a number of face-to-face settings including private practice and NHS Primary Care, as well as working solely Online, through an Integrative (Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural) psychotherapy approach.

Since setting up my active online practice over 10 years ago, I am well-versed in online therapy, offering sessions to UK residents and Expats living overseas, addressing issues from relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and abuse among them. To do so, I first specialised in online counselling with Online Counselling and Supervision Training UK (OCST) and the Online Therapy Institute (OTI).
