Description:

We can all at times find ourselves at a crossroads, unsure in which direction to go, facing challenges that we are unprepared for or managing difficult life events. I appreciate how hard this place can be and know that if you are here looking for a therapist then you are at a place that feels difficult. You may not know quite what help you want right now but that is ok, we are here to work that out and for me to support you in making sense of things so that you know in which direction you need to go. I am here to provide a safe online space in which you can explore what is causing you to feel uncertain. I offer a warm and non judgemental environment, offering many years of therapeutic and online experience to help you move forward.
