I offer time-limited counselling and long-term psychotherapy from consulting rooms in London to clients in the UK and online to clients around the world. I have specialist training in psychological trauma and offer evidence-based trauma treatment, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have substantial experience working with clients who live and work internationally, but I also support clients from a wide diversity of backgrounds. Alongside my clinical work, I design and deliver a range of trainings and workshops both in the UK and overseas, with a particular focus on stress and trauma management, Psychological First Aid, resilience, team dynamics and organizational conflict. Experience of working online:

I worked for almost 10 years for a specialist health clinic supporting aid workers and government employees overseas. A lot of that work was conducted via either telephone or webcam. As the online therapy world expanded, I developed and launched a dedicated online counselling service for the organisation. In my private practice, I work online with a variety of clients around the UK and around the world, including aid workers, journalists and executives.

I charge £70 per 50-minute session.
