We all experience difficulties in our lives, and mostly we manage to deal with them. However, sometimes we struggle to cope on our own and we feel unable to share our problem with family or friends. At these times, it can help to have someone outside our immediate circle to talk to and make sense of thoughts, feelings and circumstances that may be causing us distress or anxiety.
If this is something you would like to look into further, the first step would be for us to arrange an initial session where we will discuss what you need to get out of counselling and whether you feel we could work together to achieve this. If you are happy to continue, we will agree a number of weekly sessions before discussing whether you are getting what you need from therapy. The length of time that therapy continues will vary from person to person, and space is always available to reassess your needs as we go along.
I am interested in working with loss and bereavement, trauma, Internationally based clients around the world, Frontier Workers and their many challenges, cross-cultural issues, personal development and life changes, relationship and family issues, supporting research scholars and entrepreneurs.

I have experience in offering therapy online for many years and have helped many people through their difficulties and struggles. Things in our society are changing rapidly and I have come to realise that working online can offer support to people that are too busy, live in remote areas, are far away from home and living in another country, have children to look after and very limited time and people that would´t feel comfortable on a face-to-face situation.
Sessions by webcam or at clinic: £75 per 50 minute session.
Email - £50 per exchange
I offer a limited number of reduced-cost places for people unable to pay the full fee.
I have been offering online supervision for several years and offer a safe space to therapists to explore the dilemmas involved in this often difficult work.
