Description:

Sometimes life’s challenges can be confusing and unsettling, and you may be struggling to deal with what life throws at you.

Counselling can provide a private space for you to focus on what is happening for you right now. I offer you my warmth, empathy and compassion, without judgment, and work collaboratively with you to navigate through even the most difficult times in your life

I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you as we explore what life is like for you; exploring ways to cope with your challenges, and understanding and developing your way of being. As a humanistic and integrative therapist, I have a flexible and holistic approach, tailoring your therapy to your personal circumstances and needs as a unique individual.

I am experienced in both face-to-face and online therapy, and understand that this can seem a daunting process.

You are welcome to contact me by phone, text or secure email with any questions or concerns you have.

I offer a free 20 minute phone call so that we can discuss how I can best support you.
