I offer a safe and confidential online space for clients to explore their fears and feelings whilst encouraging them to take responsibility for their own well-being. I specialise in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, workplace/school or personal relationship issues, bereavement, loss and low self-esteem
I work in a pluralistic way which means that I will work with you using a model of therapy which suits your particular needs. I am trained and qualified in Person-Centred Therapy, Online Counselling, Couples Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Therapeutic Play.
My specialisms include counselling children and young people, people who have experienced bereavement, domestic abuse, workplace problems as well as NHS patients and online clients of all ages.
