Description:

Hello and welcome to my profile.  I am a friendly and caring person-centred counsellor.

My main areas of work include: Bereavement; Depression; Low self-esteem; Relationship issues (individuals only); Disability concerns; Caring for a loved one and the strains and stresses linked to that.  Perhaps you are struggling with the pressure of the task, feeling isolated, or run down?  You may be experiencing loss of your livelihood, identity, or the person you are caring for.

Do any of these words relate to you or resonate with you?  If so, then please contact me.  I can help you.  I will work alongside you to help you grow and reach a 'better place'.  This will be provided within a confidential, safe, and welcoming environment which is non-judgemental and empathic.  You will be respected for who you are and valued as a unique and resourceful individual.  I will support and encourage you to find your own way, so you gain a better understanding, acceptance, and awareness of yourself.  Our time together can be either on a long-term or short-term basis, whichever is right for you as I offer a person-centred relationship.

Over many years I have had the privilege of seeing people leave me as stronger, restored and self-assured individuals.  So why don't you see whether I can do the same for you?  Make contact and let me help you reach that 'better place'.
