Having a safe and containing space to think and reflect on your work is core to supervision in my experience. I am a qualified online supervisor and I love to work in ways that explore the therapeutic space with your clients and the wider environment and resources that can support you.

I offer supervision to therapists working online with adults and with children and young people in private practice, schools and other organisations. I have qualifications in Child Protection and Safeguarding in schools with the NSPCC so you can think with me about any safeguarding concerns you may have.

As a ProReal facilitator, I can offer supervision in avatar-based formats, along with webcam, audio, Live Chat and email, so reflecting the variety of ways that you may connect with your clients.

I am also trained to work with neurodiverse clients, including those with ASC and ADHD, and belong to an online group of therapists working with neurodiverse clients and their families. For those working with clients who are neurodiverse, I can offer specialised supervision.

I also love to work creatively online and explore what creative resources can facilitate a greater communication and connection in therapy. These creative resources can vary from drawing apps, playlists, and online journals to online games.

I can also bring a poly-vagal informed lens to supervision which I have found helpful in developing safety and connection with clients. Having trained to deliver mindfulness-based interventions in therapy with the Sussex Mindfulness Centre I can also bring in practices and resources that can support both clients and supervisees’ self-care.
