Description of my online supervision service: I work with counsellors predominently from the Humanistic framework for counselling. I provide supervision via all online mediums, and also offer a blended medium approach where this is helpful for supervisees. I believe the supervision relationship is key to a supervisee feeling able to gain the most benefit from supervision. This includes offering a safe, open space where all aspects of client work and organisational factors which might hinder the supervisee can be explored in supervision meetings, where relevant. I offer a free 30 minute meeting prior to a supervisee deciding if they would like to arrange supervision with me. I feel this offers an initial introduction to each other, and to help decide if you as a supervisee would like to work with me as your supervisor, also if I feel I can support you as supervisee and the context of your clinical work. I provide supervision for both newly qualified and experienced counsellors.
