Description of my therapy services: I provide 1:1 and group supervision for training and qualified psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors. I work collaboratively to co-create a supervision that meets the needs of the supervisee to aide their clinical practice.
Experience of working online:

I've been working and supervising online for over 3 years. I was the Deputy Clinical Lead for Dr Julian, an online psychotherapy service. I also provide private and NHS therapy and supervision.
I am also on the BPS Subcommittee of Digital Healthcare and the Research and Development Director for ACTO. With the aim of furthering the advancement of the field of Online Therapy.

Fees:

I charge £80 for a supervision session, although can consider reductions for those who might need it.

Description:

I am a compassionate HCPC registered and ACTO accredited counselling psychologist, who works collaboratively to help empower supervisees. Working flexibly and proactively to combine elements of supervision models to best suit a supervisee’s needs, whether they be qualified or in training. I have gained my diploma in online supervision and have several years experience supervising for private, corporate and NHS work. I've been the Deputy Clinical Lead for an online psychotherapy service, Team Psychologist with several secondary care NHS services and work within the Priory as a sessional psychologist and supervisor.

I have 15 years experience working in mental health settings, and have been working as a qualified counselling psychologist for 3 years. As a result, I have experience working with and supervising a wide range of presenting problems; but specialise in addiction, gender identity, trauma, psychosis, long-term health conditions, sexuality, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues.

Supervision model I mainly use:

I integrate the Seven Eye model (Hawkins and Shohet) along with the Normative, Formative and Restorative elements of supervision (Inskipp and Proctor).

Other models I am conversant with:

I have been trained in a variety of supervisions models on the diploma. Integrative, systemic, process, developmental, etc.
