Hello, and welcome! I’m a BACP registered Integrative Relational Counsellor in the UK. I aim to provide a calm, supportive and confidential space for you to explore whatever is troubling you.
I can help you by listening to you without judgement, and guiding you to explore your feelings and experiences, so that you can see things from a new perspective. My approach is supportive and respectful, and is informed by my belief that you can find your own unique way forward.
As an Integrative Relational Counsellor I am trained in a number of counselling and psychotherapeutic theories and practices, which means I can help you in the best way for you, with your unique circumstances, history and experiences. I will aim to foster a mutual and trusting relationship between us so that you feel safe to explore whatever is troubling you.
I have worked with clients with a range of issues including: anger, anxiety, bereavement, depression, family issues, isolation and loneliness, life changes and transitions, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, self-criticism, shame, suicidal feelings.

BACP - I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), this means that I follow their professional code of ethics and good standards.
I also hold a DBS certificate and I am registered with the ICO.
I have regular supervision to ensure that my practice complies with the professional standards set out by the BACP, and I am committed to attending regular training to ensure my continued professional development.
