Description:

Life can be unpredictable. One day everything seems just fine, the next .. wallop! we have a crisis.  This can be something from the past or the present.  I can help you find a way to cope with anxiety or depression, grief, relationships, self esteem or abuse,  and to find more helpful ways of dealing with things.  We can look at strategies to help you cope, or how to change negative thought patterns.  Afterall, it's not what happens to us, but how we handle it.  I usually work with Zoom meeting but can offer alternatives such as Skype, WhatsApp, text, email, or telephone counselling, and I look forward to hearing from you.
