The kind of therapy I use
I use CBT to work with emotional issues in a very practical way, helping people to develop strategies to cope. I combine this with third wave approaches such as compassion focused therapy, mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Special Interests:

I work with adults who have the following problems:
• anxiety & stress e.g. generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, phobias, PTSD, OCD, social anxiety
• feeling sad or depressed including low self-esteem
• expat issues e.g. adjusting to a different culture, missing home, managing long distance relationships
• workplace issues e.g. work-related stress, bullying
• neurodevelopmental disorders e.g. ADHD, Tic Disorder/Tourettes
• chronic medical illness or long term health conditions

An Initial Consultation Session lasts 60 minutes and costs £175/195 euros*. A brief summary report is available on request. Ongoing Therapy Sessions cost £120/135 euros per 50 minute session. Payment is taken prior to sessions by BACs transfer (UK clients) or Stripe (international clients). If you have health insurance I am registered with BUPA, Aetna Global Benefits, Aviva, Axa PPP and Vitality Health as a recognised provider. Rates for health insurance clients vary so please contact me for details.
